Caution: In operation, the 'chimney' glass may become very hot and should not be grasped other than at the bottom one-inch or so to remove it.

Alternatively, blow out the candle through the top opening and wait until the glass is cool enough to hold comfortably.

Remember: the glass parts are glass and can be broken if dropped or struck with a hard object.
