Greentown, PA - Jack Henry Pascale, 72, died on Sunday, April 1, 2018.

Jack is survived by his children Jason, David (Bonnie) and Melissa Siladji (Ernie); grandchildren Ashley, Andrea, Nathan, Riley, Skylar and Christopher; great-grandchildren Peyton and Ava; sisters Carmella Pascale and Roseann Winchock (Michael); his cousins and many nieces and nephews.

Jack will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
