Preface...

Some weeks ago, it occurred to me that one of the real hazards of the stock market crash could be part of a
Chinese strategy to buy up or take over American Corporations through stock purchases at distressed price levels.

I have advocated (and Tweeted to @realDonaldTrump and FLOTUS that somewhere between
congressional action and a Executive Orders, protections should be put in place until our economy
and our stock markets recover that would prevent foreign ownership of major percentages of US corporations' stocks.
